About Me
Henrike Schelper
For 18 years, I lived inside the world of professional sport — Formula 1 and soccer — where excellence wasn’t optional and pressure was constant. Later, after moving from China to Silicon Valley, I found myself asking the same question many of my clients face today: What’s next?
That question became a turning point. I trained in Palo Alto in one of the world’s most rigorous coaching schools (CTI — Harvard Medical School’s gold standard in coaching) and began working with executives, founders, and championship leaders across tech, sport, and luxury brands.
Along the way, I co-created the Stanford-born Positive Intelligence program and guided top performers through high-stakes transitions, reinventions, and career-defining turning points.
Over the past 25 years, my work has taken me from Formula 1 paddocks to boardrooms in Silicon Valley, from soccer stadiums in Munich to strategy sessions with global luxury brands. These are arenas where performance, precision, and presence matter most — and where clarity and trust are non-negotiable.
Today, my coaching integrates all of it: the discipline and strategy of elite performance with the depth and steadiness leaders need to thrive. It’s not just about helping you achieve more — it’s about aligning success with who you are, the impact you want to have, and the legacy you want to leave.

I was born in Germany and now live in La Jolla, California. Having worked and lived in Shanghai, London, Munich, Silicon Valley, and San Diego, I bring a truly global perspective — one shaped not only by professional rigor, but also by the personal experience of being a wife, mother of 2 daughters, and founder navigating the complexities of life at the top.
